Does it work?
This seems to be the basic criteria
by which we judge most things. Whether it is a new dishwasher, motor
vehicle or the curriculum we choose for our home schooling.
But what about ACE.
Does it really work? Does it deliver
on what it promises?
From my own experience of 32 years
using the programme in private, state and integrated schools, I can
honestly say, yes!
But! Only if you use the programme
correctly and understand how it really works.
Manufacturers will only honour the
guarantee if the you follow the users manual correctly.
The same is true of any curriculum.
Home Schooling NZ will show you how
to make the ACE curriculum work for each of your children so that
they truly benefit from this excellent resource.
Testimonials:
“I would like to let you know how
grateful I am to have educated my daughter under your home school
programme.
My daughter is excelling in all
areas. She is an extremely social person and although out in the
world has managed to push on through all teenage trials and
tribulations.
This year she is doing a training
course in “Early Childhood and Care at Training for You” in Wanganui.
She is the youngest in all three courses they provide. The highlight
of it all, she was the top person in the School for Literacy and
Numeracy. Persons in this class range from 19 to 40 years old. This
is very exciting for her as she is the only one who has been picked
by all the tutors to go into a bilingual school called “Tupoho” to
work with children every Friday morning in Literacy and Numeracy
whilst still on course.”

“Thank you so much for your
encouraging letter. It’s so good to get some positive feedback
especially since in past years we have been considered weird by our
families to home school! So when Esther, our first one to graduate
from home school, finally received her Year 13 Certificate I was
actually crying. I was so thankful!!
I sort of never really imagined how
it could be like to actually reap the benefits of a many years long
commitment. And as one of their memory verses says “we shall reap if
we faint not”, I am very thankful that I never gave up. Now Ether is
in her first year of studying for her bachelor of Animal Science at
Auckland Unitec.
Some people (especially family) have
criticized us that we were overprotecting them, that Esther was too
shy! Now she is traveling on the train no problems talking to people
of different cultures, making friends at Uni and above all in
standing her ground for her Christian worldview and convictions.
After all these years I can say by
experience that it worked!!!”
